Qinect was born from a straightforward observation: that the best education in the world reaches far too few people, not only in under-resourced communities, but in the offices, boardrooms and training rooms of organisations that assume great learning is reserved for their most senior people.

Adrian Johnson spent his life at the heart of world-class education. Schooled across several countries, he studied Engineering at one of the world's best universities, Imperial College London, before going on to INSEAD for his MBA, consistently ranked among the top three business schools in the world. After spending most of the nineties as a tech and media entrepreneur in Berlin, Germany, Adrian found his purpose. As an Adjunct Professor back at INSEAD, he spent over a decade designing, directing and delivering programmes, and developing experiential learning technology that put practice at the centre of the learning experience.

The lesson was clear: when learning is designed well and made genuinely accessible, demand is extraordinary.
