Qinect's role plays are where knowledge meets reality. Built on the very foundations of what Qinect set out to achieve, role plays give students and participants the opportunity to apply what they have learnt in a safe, consequence-free environment, at their own pace, and as many times as they need.

Each role play features AI-generated characters that have been specially trained to behave in specific ways, responding dynamically to how the learner engages with them. Whether a character is a stubborn negotiating counterpart, a demanding client, a challenging direct report, or a sceptical investor, the experience is designed to feel genuinely realistic. Learners cannot simply recite theory. They have to think, adapt and respond in the moment, exactly as they would in real life.
